I’m sharing why I love my Cricut Explore Air, and all the exciting Cricut Explore project ideas I can’t wait to do!
Hello! I love happy mail! Do you know what happy (or “happi” as I like to call it) mail is?
It’s when you get something exciting and fun in the mail. Sometimes it’s unexpected, and sometimes it’s a cool product you purchased. And you do the dance, you know, the “happi dance”!
And it’s this…
What’s in this bag is “happi” mail!
What’s in this pretty box is “happi” mail!
You see, recently I received a package in the mail with all these fun products from Cricut. I thought this large pretty box was a great place to store my Cricut papers, vinyl, and supplies. This was the complete package I received:
You can purchase all of this HERE for a very reasonable price. (Some of the links I share are affiliate links and I get a small commission so thanks for supporting the blog if you purchase something from my link) With use you will find it will all payoff with the fun you will have and the things you can create. In fact, I’m going to be sharing some awesome Cricket Explore project ideas and in the upcoming weeks with some designs that you can use in your own projects!
I purchased my first Cricut machine in 2008 when I wanted to make some holiday gifts with one of my favorite quotes at the time on it. That’s when my first Cricut experience was born! I enjoyed doing a few projects with it before giving the machine to my daughter who was newly married, into scrapbooking and looking forward to her first child. We went a little cartridge crazy and would buy up cartridges for new projects such as décor and invitations. We had fun with the machine but little did I know what was in store for the future of my Cricut experience!
Forward a few years to the present now. Which brings me back to my “happi” mail. I couldn’t be happier to have the Cricut Explore Air. Talk about advanced, this thing does things much easier and utilizes todays technology very well. I believe I will be using this on a regular basis! I love how easy it is to control and the dial will set all project types easily. One of the coolest new updates is we can design and cut from an i-pad!
I love how simple and easy the controls are also!
I have been filling up a box of Cricut Explore project ideas that I will soon begin to create. There is so much you can do with the Cricut to enhance your home décor, make gifts, and organization projects just to name a few.
Here are some Cricut Explore project ideas I currently have in mind to do:
- Vinyl lettering: I have gathered some signs that I found on clearance that just need some spray paint and a quote, word or phrase. I also have a giant circular wooden sign that I’m going to turn into a very cool clock! I also have some office decor and storage ideas I will use the Cricut with.
- Cardstock: I’m excited to make some cards, boxes, and party goods!
- Iron on transfers: I have some pillowcase ideas, and some cute cosmetic or pencil bags to do and share!
- Fabric: I’m still thinking on this one but I know we could enhance a cute pillow, Christmas stockings, or fabric gift tags!
Fun, right?!!
With Valentines Day, Easter, and the Fourth of July coming up quickly I’m sure we could find some great projects to do with the Cricut. Now with the holidays just behind us, how about making some gifts for next year ahead of time? I know this Cricut is going to become my BFF. I can’t wait to get some projects done for my cottage in the pines and my studio that I’m currently organizing and decorating. I will be sharing some of these designs through the Cricut Design Space for you all to use so keep your eyes open for some wood or metal signs, pillowcases, fabric bags, pretty cardstock and fabric for some awesome Cricut Explore project ideas! Stay tuned… We are in for some fun with the Cricut machine!
