December 2017 Calendar and a thought about generosity

Hey there! I just finished the last calendar of the year… December 2017 Calendar!

December can be magical and I’m hoping the last month of 2017 is just that for us all! I’m sure the December 2017 Calendar will be full because there is always a lot going on just prior to the new year. I love bright green and hot pink together and found it fitting for the December Calendar. So here it is. Enjoy!

DECEMBER 2017 CALENDAR

For some reason the word GENEROSITY popped into my head and I knew I wanted to focus on it for the December 2017 Calendar.

The dictionary defines GENEROUS as this…

showing a readiness to give more of something, as money or time, than is strictly necessary or expected.

The dictionary defines GENEROSITY as this…

the quality of being kind and generous. 

“I was overwhelmed by the generosity of friends and neighbors.”

It’s defined as a quality! Generosity can also leave a very positive impact on someone!

Which brings us to the thought for December…

Practice Generosity

Give freely from your heart and expect Nothing in return.

If the Grinch‘s heart can grow a few sizes, so can ours! So I’m challenging us to practice more generosity. Giving more than expected from our great big hearts and expecting nothing in return. Oh, I’m sure such behavior will be rewarded but lets not expect it. Just be generous and without anticipation just see what happens. 😉 seriously, my mind is spinning right now with ideas of how I can carry this out. I love surprising people and I think that will be happening in December. Is anyone in with me on this! What ideas do you have?
