I have seen people that I deeply care about go through trials and experiences that are hard to understand. I too have had some of these experiences, It is so hard for me to understand why these things happen but there is one thing that always seems to help me. 

**EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON**

“According to Aristotle, there is always a reason for everything that happens. Your experiences are designed to shape you, define you and, hopefully, grow you into the mightiest you possible.”

As I struggled for understanding and peace over the tragedy in Oklahoma due to tornados recently, the Boston bombings last month, as well as other experiences I have witnessed, I compiled some quotes on grief and suffering. I love quotes and they always seem to inspire me. I also love seeing people band together in love and support to help those in need. I hope some of these may touch someone this way.

Here are some “quotes” that stuck with me:
