Here you will find inkhappi’s Terms of Use (TOU). A “Terms of Use” is a legal description of what you can and can’t do with our digital products. There are two TOU’s. Personal Use & Commercial Use. The one that applies depends on the product you purchased. Most of the products here are for PERSONAL USE (PU) only, however some of our products (mainly element packs) are available for COMMERCIAL USE (CU) for a small additional fee. If the product is labeled as CU, then the Commercial Use TOU applies. If not, then the Personal Use TOU applies. Anyone using designs or products from https://inkhappi.com, or http://shop.inkhappi.com, are expected to follow all terms of use and copyright belongs to ©inkhappi.com. PERSONAL USE ONLY (PU): All of our products fit in this category and may be used for your personal use/enjoyment as long as you obey all copyright rules and don’t use these products for your own financial gain in any way.

 

ALL FREEBIES, PRINTS, and DESIGNS are created by Jillene at inkhappi.com and are not to be altered (except size & color), mass produced, or used for any form of financial gain. Copyright belongs to ©inkhappi.com.

 

You MAY:

Alter calendars to add your own agenda

• Use our products to create personal Greeting Cards, Personal Projects, Gifts,  Scrapbook pages, Crafts, etc. as long as they are not used for profit in any way.

• Use our products for NON-PROFIT organizations for printed materials (i.e.: flyers etc.). Credit listed to inkhappi with a link back to https://inkhappi.com is appreciated! 🙂

Additionally, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, and create derivative works from inkhappi designs, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

 

COMMERCIAL USE (CU): Any products with the (CU) listed on the product page fall into this category. These are mostly .png elements that can be used to enhance your own designs.
