I have always loved the color Yellow. Van Gogh once said…

“How wonderful yellow is. It stands for the sun.”

It’s also been said that yellow is associated with happy things. Sometimes we go through trials or see others go through tough times. I happen to have a friend who has had her share of  some rough times lately so I decided to give her a gift of sunshine ! I put together a basket of yellow things that represent a gift of sunshine. Since she is eating pretty healthy I came up with some other things I thought she would like. If you shop around a bit it’s amazing at some of the fun yellow items you can come up with!

Here is what I came up with….

Gift of Sunshine: My friend likes kitchen stuff so I got some cute serving bowls, a fun oil/vinegar bottle, honey pot, monogram mug, napkins, Chocolate and yellow treats, sparkling water, a “cheery” notebook and pen, soap, lotion, antibac wipes, and some cheerful yellow prints in a cool yellow folder! I packaged it in a basket wrote a personal message and tied the gift tag {FREE PRINTABLE} to the basket. I totally personalized this for my friend but there are many yellow options out there. If you are looking for ideas, you can always find these things in yellow… lots of candy, gum, drinks/lemonade, lotions & soaps, Burts Bees, flowers, lemon anything, and…
