How about some help with some goal planning? I have some goal planning worksheets that should help make that an easy task!
Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible. -Tony Robbins
That is what this post is all about!
We’re into another new year and I’m still in planning mode. Planning for all the wonderful things that this year will bring. I have never been one to make New Years resolutions, instead choosing to set goals. This year is definitely one in which I have several goals I hope to achieve. There is a big stretch between setting goals and achieving them though. We must have an ACTION P L A N for those goals! Honestly, thinking back at some of the goals I’ve made that weren’t achieved, they lacked two important things. In order to attain our goals these things are essential:
1. Planning and creating an action plan.
2. Having it written down to see and use as a reminder.
I’m a strong believer in this concept and created these worksheets to help achieve this!
Intention without action is an insult to those who expect the best from you. – Andy Andrews
By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be. Put your future in good hands—your own. –Mark Victor Hansen
My daughter is such an example to me in this area. She is so disciplined and also writes things down. Because of this, she usually achieves what she sets out to do. She came to me a couple of weeks ago and said, “Mom, could you make me some really cute goal planning sheets?” Now how could I turn that down? Although I wanted them for myself also, I’m hoping that they will be helpful to YOU as well!
These goal planning worksheets are really easy to fill out. The first sheet has spaces to list 5 goals. The second form is a goal action worksheet you can use for each goal set. This can help give you a vision and accountability for your goals.
When I created these, I was into the teal & green color scheme. These would also look nice copied in greyscale or greyscale on colored paper if you prefer not to print them in color.
Life is short, fragile and does not wait for anyone. There will NEVER be a perfect time to pursue your dreams and goals.
So, on the corner of GOALS and PLANNING…
