GRATITUDE HOLDS THE KEY TO HAPPINESS!

I’ve found this statement to be so true in my life. I feel like the more grateful I am, the happier I am. Choosing to be grateful can be a choice. So let’s choose now to focus on being grateful! I consider gratitude to be a virtue as well as it can greatly bless our lives.

Why is gratitude so powerful?

Gratitude is a way for people to appreciate what they have instead of always reaching for something new in the hopes it will make them happier or thinking they can’t feel satisfied until every physical and material need is met. Gratitude helps people refocus on what they have instead of what they lack

Rumi says this about Gratitude:

“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” “Today, let us swim wildly, joyously in gratitude.”
