“Spring has Sprung”

hop, hop, hop…hunt for treasures…carrots…peeps…

chickies…dying eggs…easter sunday…jesus lives…

outdoor parties…friends…fun…love…

There is something about seasons and holidays that adds zest to life. I have always liked to do something fun and traditional with my family around every holiday. That may be dome decor, a special meal, or an activity that we can do together. It is always more enjoyable when shared with family and friends!

In spring I look forward to picnics, and anything outdoors. This year I put up some simple holiday decor. We will celebrate Easter with an annual traditional outdoor breakfast and egg hunt for the kids on Saturday prior to Easter. The child who finds the “golden egg” gets a giant chocolate bunny! :):) Eggs. Lots of eggs. decorating and cooking with them. My family loves loves my biscuits & egg gravy. Did I mention my family loves my biscuits & egg gravy? Its actually a favorite and we only get it a couple of times a year so you better believe we are gonna enjoy it! It is an Easter morning tradition! Most importantly on Easter, is getting to go to church to worship and remember our Savior whom brings the real meaning of Easter.
