It’s time to look ahead and plan for the upcoming months to end our year in a positive way. September is a great month to practice our Self Love and I’m here to help with some thoughts about that!

What will follow?

Here are 10 things that will come from self love:

1. You will find more joy and happiness.
2. The confidence you will gain will be incredible and it will show!
3. You’ll respect yourself more.
4. You will know your worth.
5. Relationships with others will improve.
6. You won’t tolerate people treating you less than your worth.
7. You’ll be content in “your own company”.
8. You’re life will be more positive.
9. You will attract others into your life who will love you without conditions.
10. Others will love you more in return!

Self love is never easy but it is so so important! It’s so easy to get down on ourselves for our flaws or our appearance. We can tell ourself we’re not good enough or put ouselves down. This is so unnecessary.

You are loved.

You have a purpose.

You are worthy.

you are beautiful.

You have talents.

You have great potential.

You deserve having what you want.

You can make a positive difference in the world.

You can have joy and happiness

YOU ARE ENOUGH

So how about adding self love to your calendar in September?!!?

Find some self affirmations that you can repeat to yourself.

here’s an example:

I love the person I am becoming.

I am improving every day.

I have power to change anything I want.

I make good and wise decisions.

I believe in myself and my abilities.

I radiate with self confidence.
