Guess what?

Today I want to share something a bit different. I’m going to give you a sneak peek into my life as a blogger! Honestly, one of my favorite things about blogging is designing fun things to give away as free printables and to hopefully put a smile on someones face through inkhappi. But this has turned into a full time job for me and It has become so much more! I have taken a little breather lately and now I am ready to come back strong. I made up a new blogging schedule that I hope will work well for me. It lists all my daily tasks. When you have an online business, its hard to take a day off. There is always plenty to do. Wanna see my weekly task sheet? This is just a base and of course I need to fill in details each week. I hope my new schedule will keep me on track and get me ahead of my game!

My life as a blogger…

I have reached a point in blogging where I am considered an influencer. Do you know what that is? I get the opportunity to work with really cool brands that I like! I share what they have to offer through blog posts and social media. One of the companies that I work with that connects me with brands is Social Fabric or SoFab for short. Wednesday I get to share something fun for Easter that I worked with SoFab and a cool brand to bring to my readers. (so come check it out on Wed 3/11) So Fab also has a “University” they call SoFabU. SoFabU offers influencers online courses in blogging, business, social media, etc.

Now, what is SoFabU on the road?

SoFabU on the Road is a unique event that allows influencers to take advantage of educational opportunities  with hands-on, interactive sessions for influencers to implement what they’re learning on the spot.

Date: March 28th at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort

There will be fabulous speakers including Aliza Sherman, who helped pave the way for women online and in the Internet industry. She will be speaking on harnessing your content with a social media strategy and editorial calendar. She’ll discuss learning to plan ahead, attracting the best audience, boosting your online presence and saving yourself a whole lot of time!

Let me tell you, I could really benefit from this. Planning and time management with my blogging is something I could improve on so I’m really looking forward to this!

I will also get the opportunity to network with other bloggers and brands, enjoy a city-specific adventure, and other learning opportunities. There are some exciting Brands I will get to meet and connect with including: Johnny Rockets, Müller, Kraft and iBlog to name a few. 🙂

I can’t wait!
