What is a Salad without a great dressing? I pulled a few of my favorite dressing recipes also that would go well on a variety of salads. Hope you enjoy them as much as I have!

Ok, now for Jillene’s personal Salad tips:

Salads are one of the best dishes to add variety and versatility with.

If you don’t have an ingredient: Substitute it or leave it out! 

If you don’t like an ingredient in a recipe: Leave it out and add one you do like!

If you like hearty recipes: Add more veggies, fruit or crsipy wontons, nuts, or croutons!

If you don’t want to make your own dressing: There are many great store bought dressings for any type of salad. Many restaurants will also sell their dressings if you ask. 🙂

Put your own touch to a recipe:

Increase your favorite ingredient amount!

Add a variety of greens. There are so many awesome lettuce and cabbage types!

Experiment with dressings or even try two together!

Nuts and a touch of fruit can improve any salad!
