As you know, I’ve had some struggles with my physical health It’s actually been a hard 2 years dealing with chronic kidney disease among other issues so this word was a no brainer for me. I have some good doctors now and found a really good specialist so I’m focusing on my wellness. This isn’t just my physical health. I want to feed my soul with good things too. I’m eating healthier and have lost weight. I just want to focus on my wellness in all aspects of my life.

The key to WELLNESS is to take personal responsibility for you health and well being.

I’m a lover of words though so it’s hard to just pick one. There are no rules here though so you can choose as many as you want. Hopefully they will motivate us to be better. I compiled a list of 100 words that are great for motivating positive change.
