Vibes are the emotional signals a person gives out to those around them with their body language and social interactions. An example of good vibes is a happy person smiling and having a positive effect on those around them.
When I think of this phrase, I think positive thoughts. Nothing negative. You know I’m all about being positive. I know it makes for a better life. There is a song I’ve been into the last few months. It says pretty much how I feel about GOOD VIBES.

A thought of encouragement
The next saying is:
The struggle is part of the story
Once again, another take on positivity. This thought can give encouragement. We all go through struggles. We need to except our struggles as something that is getting us to a certain point. Usually for our own good. It’s part of our story. I’ve found that when I think of my struggles in a bigger picture it gives me encouragement to know it will pass and I’ll be better for it. Maybe even grateful for it!
So embrace those struggles! Make them a good part of your story.
