Weight Tracking Chart… Should you or shouldn’t you?

I’m sharing a Weight Tracking Chart for those that would find it useful in your health journey.

Motivational Weight Tracking Chart to help you stay healthy!

My husband asked me if I would create a weight tracking chart for him and add a quote that was personal to him. I decided to also share one on the blog. I am currently on a weight loss journey and this is really helping me to track myself and stay motivated. I spent the last year working on some health issues that made it hard for me to lose weight. It really paid off because I got my thyroid more in balance among a couple of other things so it has been much easier for me to lose weight now. I have bought into the idea of weighing only weekly or monthly in the past but recently I have been weighing daily and it really helps because I refuse to let the scale go back up. My husband uses his chart to weigh in weekly. My daughter and her husband weigh monthly. I know people who don’t believe in scales because what’s really important is your overall health, how you feel and how your clothes fit. Thats ok too.

Ok, the question today is Should you or shouldn’t you use a weight tracking chart? Really that a personal choice and if it fits into your health journey! You live in your own body and the most important thing is to:

Take care of your body. Its the only place you have to live.

I have struggled with some auto-immune health issues throughout my life including fibromyalgia and hypothyroidism. This last year I decided to change this! I have focused on and seen improvement with those issues among others. Some days it’s still a big struggle but here has been improvement. Yay! 🙂  Now I am on my weight loss journey and I’m glad I took the steps to be ready for this. I certainly know that:

HEALTHIER is happier!

This Weight Tracking Chart comes in plain white, a light golden chevron and a blue marble design. If you click on the download links you can see close up how pretty these are! There is also extra space to add measurements or something else just for you. If this chart is for you, then here are the downloads:

How was the first couple weeks of 2021? “They al How was the first couple weeks of 2021? “They always say time changes things but you actually have to change them yourself. “ -Andy Warhol Yep! True that. If we want 2021 to be better we have to make the change. That’s why I’m spending this month (a little late) preparing for a great year. Got my planner working for me and I’m going to make some changes for the better. Who’s with me? My January calendar comes with the word print PREPARATION to help with the motivation. I also shared a message about this #ontheblog #inkhappidesigns
Do you have a word or words you’d like to focus Do you have a word or words you’d like to focus on for 2021? I haven’t picked mine yet but I like to have a focus word. I’m always a little behind in the game but I think this one word Wellness would work. Ironically that was my 2020 word. I started out the year so good. I lost 30 lbs and was on a healthier path and then Covid happened and some things went out the window. But I still believe in having a focus word. I designed over 70 of these prints and I sell them for $1.00 each and I will customize one for $3.00. They are so popular in my shop. (shopinkhappi.com) Do you have a word for 2021 to focus on? Just curious if so what is it? I also have a list of 100 ideas for that one word #ontheblog. Link in bio #inkhappidesigns

These are my people and I'm so grateful for them! These are my people and I'm so grateful for them! I don't talk much about this but having an only child has been one ofn my hardest trials to endure. I would of loved to have more children and give my daughter siblings but it wasn't meant to be. That doesn't stop me from being so so grateful to be blessed with her in my life. She's been an exceptional child and has given me a son in law and two darling grand kids. I'm glad that she married into a family of 5 boys and a girl and lots of in laws and nieces/nephews. One thing I've learned is that a family is a family no matter how big or small. These are the people I like to laugh with, share with, vacation with with and celebrate holidays and birthdays with. My people!
