Every summer has it’s own story.
Hello! I’m sharing the July 2015 calendar today and it’s waiting for your summer story! I don’t know about you but for me there is something special about summertime. I think it stems from my youth when every summer would bring new and exciting adventures. And what about those summer nights? Mine were filled with night games in the neighborhood, softball games, night swims, staying up late, fireworks, and even my first kiss! 😉 I know as adults we still have responsibilities but I still like to imagine my summer as being a little more frivolous with life and enjoying the good things.
Here are a few summertime quotes. These always help get me excited for the summer months!
Some of the best memories are made in flip flops.
Just living is not enough… one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.
Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.
Hair gets lighter. Skin gets darker. Water gets warmer. Drinks get colder. Music gets louder. Nights get longer. Life gets better.
Beach sand, perfect tans. Day walks, night talks. Sleepless nights, pillow fights, and spending every day with those who matter most.
Aaah, summer – that long anticipated stretch of lazy, lingering days, free of responsibility and rife with possibility. It’s a time to hunt for insects, master handstands, practice swimming strokes, conquer trees, explore nooks and crannies, and make new friends.
In the hot summer months, popsicles are a perfect way to cool down while enjoying a delicious, fruity treat. Frozen, refreshing, mouth-friendly candy on a stick cannot get any better… or can it?
A life without love is like a year without summer.
What will your story be for summer 2015? I know I’m looking forward to mine! So here are the printables to help you plan that fabulous July.
