Mexican Food Round-Up

With Cinco De Mayo a couple of days away, I thought I’d share a round-up of some delicious Mexican food dishes! Many of these are from some of my good blogging buddies and others were one’s that caught my eye to also try. I bet you didn’t know that Mexican food dishes are some of my own specialties but I haven’t shared many of them on the blog yet. Hmmmm this made me think I need to do that, so maybe I’ll get a few in before years end. In the meantime how about we try out some of these awesome creations?

I have 25 different Mexican food recipes to share with you today. From main or side dishes, appetizers and dips, to drinks and desserts these will surely peak your interest! Can you spot a favorite?

I don’t drink alcohol, but my friend Cori came up with this Zesty Carrot Margarita. This looks wonderful. It’s a little different and worth a try if you enjoy margaritas!
