January 2020 Calendar and the beginning of a new decade!

It’s here, it’s really really here. The January 2020 calendar is here! Are you ready for a new year? Not only is it a new year but a new decade! Who’s ready for 2020?!!

Being that I like quotes and sayings and love to be inspired, I am sharing some of my favorite New Years quotes that may inspire you too!

New Years quotes to get you thinking…

“Make New Year’s goals. Dig within, and discover what you would like to have happen in your life this year. This helps you do your part. It is an affirmation that you’re interested in fully living life in the year to come.

Goals give us direction. They put a powerful force into play on a universal, conscious, and subconscious level. Goals give our life direction.

What would you like to have happen in your life this year? What would you like to do, to accomplish? What good would you like to attract into your life? What particular areas of growth would you like to have happen to you? What blocks, or character defects, would you like to have removed?

What would you like to attain? Little things and big things? Where would you like to go? What would you like to have happen in friendship and love? What would you like to have happen in your family life?

What problems would you like to see solved? What decisions would you like to make? What would you like to happen in your career?

Write it down. Take a piece of paper, a few hours of your time, and write it all down – as an affirmation of you, your life, and your ability to choose. Then let it go. The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.” –Melody Beattie

And MORE quotes to inspire!

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs

“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You’re doing things you’ve never done before, and more importantly, you’re Doing Something. So that’s my wish for you, and all of us, and my wish for myself. Make New Mistakes. Make glorious, amazing mistakes. Make mistakes nobody’s ever made before. Don’t freeze, don’t stop, don’t worry that it isn’t good enough, or it isn’t perfect, whatever it is: art, or love, or work or family or life.Whatever it is you’re scared of doing, Do it.Make your mistakes, next year and forever.”― Neil Gaiman

“Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right.” -Oprah Winfrey

“Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one.” -Brad Paisley

“For last year’s words belong to last year’s language, and next year’s words await another voice.” – T.S. Eliot

“Another fresh new year is here . . . Another year to live! To banish worry, doubt, and fear, To love and laugh and give!” – William Arthur Ward

“Hope —Smiles from the threshold of the year to come, Whispering ‘it will be happier’…” – Alfred Lord Tennyson

Pretty awesome right?!!

I stumbled upon this page looking for a quote to put on a desktop calendar, Great ideas but 2020 has 366 days because of leap year. But I am totally using your quote for 2021!

Simply stumbled and found your site. I LOVE it! Thank you for making this available. It is FAR easier to use than the other site I have visited to obtain printables for my life planner. I’ll be back! 😉

Love your work. Printed both January and February. The quote missed it, but hey BONUS…we all know we have an extra day of change and opportunity…so grab it when it comes around! Jillene got it right in my book…the 1st of Jan. is recovery day, then we hit the ground running. Don’t put the pressure on, have a day to settle into the New Year. And February has got it right there…an extra day of LOVE.

How was the first couple weeks of 2021? “They al How was the first couple weeks of 2021? “They always say time changes things but you actually have to change them yourself. “ -Andy Warhol Yep! True that. If we want 2021 to be better we have to make the change. That’s why I’m spending this month (a little late) preparing for a great year. Got my planner working for me and I’m going to make some changes for the better. Who’s with me? My January calendar comes with the word print PREPARATION to help with the motivation. I also shared a message about this #ontheblog #inkhappidesigns
Do you have a word or words you’d like to focus Do you have a word or words you’d like to focus on for 2021? I haven’t picked mine yet but I like to have a focus word. I’m always a little behind in the game but I think this one word Wellness would work. Ironically that was my 2020 word. I started out the year so good. I lost 30 lbs and was on a healthier path and then Covid happened and some things went out the window. But I still believe in having a focus word. I designed over 70 of these prints and I sell them for $1.00 each and I will customize one for $3.00. They are so popular in my shop. (shopinkhappi.com) Do you have a word for 2021 to focus on? Just curious if so what is it? I also have a list of 100 ideas for that one word #ontheblog. Link in bio #inkhappidesigns

These are my people and I'm so grateful for them! These are my people and I'm so grateful for them! I don't talk much about this but having an only child has been one ofn my hardest trials to endure. I would of loved to have more children and give my daughter siblings but it wasn't meant to be. That doesn't stop me from being so so grateful to be blessed with her in my life. She's been an exceptional child and has given me a son in law and two darling grand kids. I'm glad that she married into a family of 5 boys and a girl and lots of in laws and nieces/nephews. One thing I've learned is that a family is a family no matter how big or small. These are the people I like to laugh with, share with, vacation with with and celebrate holidays and birthdays with. My people!
