Motivational Food and Exercise Diary. Free printable!

I’m back today sharing a Food and Exercise Diary free printable. This is another tool I use to keep on track with my health goals.

Free printable! I use this food and exercise diary to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Its really thorough in tracking what's important.

I know that tracking what I eat, drink, my exercise, my personal mental attitude and energy levels will all help me maintain a healthy lifestyle. I can also learn a lot about myself in the process. This is a great tool to use also if you are on a weight loss journey like me! I made this in 3 colors to match the weight tracking chart I recently shared.

Free printable! I use this food and exercise diary to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Its really thorough in tracking what's important.

The diary has the following rows to track:

  1. liquids
  2. vitamins/meds
  3. breakfast
  4. morning snack
  5. lunch
  6. afternoon snack
  7. dinner
  8. evening snack, the brush teeth 🙂
  9. exercise
  10. PMA= personal mental attitude
  11. energy level
  12. comments/thoughts

These are all important things to track to develop or maintain healthy living. Not everyone will have all the snacks or meals listed. As for me, I just have a healthy protein shake for breakfast, a light well balanced dinner and add 1-2 snacks throughout the day. For many, your energy level will drop in the afternoon around 3:00 so Its a good idea to through in a protein snack to increase your energy level to get through the rest of the day. I also make it a habit of brushing my teeth after my evening meal or snack as a reminder to not eat any more in the evening. (this is a challenge sometimes but a fresh mouth helps). You can somewhat customize this to fit your needs and you could also use it as a menu planner as well as a food and exercise diary.

You can just check off the boxes as you drink your daily water intake. Each box is generally 8 oz unless you drink more.

This food and exercise diary is like a personal trainer and cheerleader rolled into one—minus the yelling! Love how it turns tracking into something fun, not fearsome. Thanks for the cute, colorful way to stay on top of goals (and maybe sneak in a cookie). Here’s to sweating, snacking, and scribbling our way to progress—with style! ️‍♀️
