Here we are with the July 2019 Calendar and an awesome message! It’s definitely feeling like summer and July is a great month for celebrations, vacations and Oh, those summer nights! What do you have planned for July?
Such a process goes into creating a unique calendar each month. I never know what colors or theme I’m going to use until I’m creating it. I create something that feeds my soul at the time so it’s really fitting that my theme and thought for the month is:
FEED your SOUL
& FEEL joy!
It’s so inkhappi, right?!
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Pondering on the things that feed my soul and bring joy to my life. I have some suggestions that I know help me.
I have a playlist titled, “My Soul” with a variety of music having one thing in common… They all speak to my soul. Music is an awesome way to feed the soul and I don’t think I could live without it.
Podcasts: I listen to talks and self improvement podcasts daily. I’ve gotten used to listening to them by speeding them up to 1.5-2.0 speed and can usually get 1-2 in as I’m getting ready for the day. There’s always a message that jumps out at me to enhance my life.
Acts of kindness or service: This not only feeds your soul but usually someone else’s too. I love to bring joy to others through small gifts, acts of service, and paying it forward. Of course it’s a big bonus to do it anonymously!
Scriptures, quotes, inspirational thoughts. This is one of the best ways to feed your soul. I find so many answers to living a full life through scripture and following Jesus. This can also be done by meditating or by whatever inspires you!
Quality time with family and those close to you is also on my list to feed my soul. There’s nothing better than that!
What feeds your soul? I hope we can all challenge ourselves to do more of “what feeds our soul”!

Finding Joy Amid Trials Brings Happiness “My Story”
The July calendar says Tuesday July 39 and Wednesday July 31. It made me chuckle…Summer time at its finest!! I love it!
